I wanted to find some older examples of headless females. Even though this film is from 1963 this is a Criterion cover from 2001, so who knows. What's interesting about this one is not only the female missing everything above the chest, her body consists of faces of men.
Interesting. Not as explicit/flesh-and-blood as contemporary headless women, but good idea digging into the past.
